Type Approval
Getting a vehicle or component legally on the road means meeting the relevant regulatory standards — whether that's IVA, ECWVTA, or DVSA requirements. I help you prepare for approval by reviewing your design against the applicable regulations, identifying gaps early, and getting the supporting evidence and documentation in order before submission.

Conformity of Production (COP)
An approval is only the start — you also have to prove that what rolls off the line keeps matching the design that was approved. I help you put the checks, records and quality controls in place so every unit you produce stays consistent and compliant. Giving you confidence that ongoing production holds the standard without slowing you down.

Electrical System Design
From power distribution to body control management, your vehicle's electrical architecture determines how reliable and capable the finished product is. I design complete electrical systems — architecture, component selection, control systems and integration — tailored to what your vehicle needs to do.

Wiring Harness
The harness is the nervous system of any vehicle, and a poorly designed one causes faults for the life of the product. I design and build complete wiring harnesses from scratch — correctly specified, routed and labelled — for everything from prototypes to small production runs.

EV Design & Integration
Electrifying a vehicle — or building one electric from the ground up — brings challenges that don't have off-the-shelf answers. I help you design and integrate EV and hybrid systems, from high-level architecture through to the practical realities of installing and commissioning them in a real vehicle.

ISO 9001
A clear, well-run quality management system builds customer trust and removes guesswork from your processes. I help you prepare for ISO 9001 by mapping your current ways of working, tidying up documentation, and embedding repeatable processes that stand up to audit.
Vehicle Testing Support
Validating a vehicle properly is what separates a prototype from a product. I support and coordinate testing programs — suspension, steering, braking and EMC validation — testing at proving grounds like HORIBA MIRA & UTAC MILLBROOK to find and fix faults before they reach your customers.

Project Management
Engineering projects succeed or fail on planning, coordination and momentum. I lead vehicle and electrical projects end to end — setting the plan, coordinating the work, managing suppliers and keeping delivery on track, whether on your site or remotely.
